Detaching Yourself from the Results

Sometimes when you’re in the business of sales and recruiting, you just have to detach yourself from the results.

What am I talking about??

You ultimately have no control over what someone else thinks, how they act, or how they feel.

You could be presenting them with the greatest opportunity in the history of the world and they still say “no” or “let me think about it”.

Choosing to detach yourself from the results means that you feel great about the effort that you are making and that you are putting yourself in the position to be successful.

Really, in the grand scheme of things, that’s all any of us can do.

So every day, put yourself in a position to be successful, give it 110%, have passion, and feel wonderful about your effort.

Then…  detach yourself from the results.

Do this enough times and good things will happen!
